I bought this as a replacement of an overseas brand fridge that had broken down. I like the fact that it is locally produced and was going a great great discount for the 5.5 sale.
I requested for an earlier delivery and the delivery team had acceded to my request to bring forward by 1 day from the original 3 days. The instructions were sent through to make sure I did the right thing before using the fridge. Overall I am impressed with the professionalism and customer -centric approach of the staff. Highly recommended.

Very satisfy with the products and the installation services. Though there were some hiccups from the scheduling department which informed me about the service in the afternoon, which later told me it was somehow changed to another day. The team managed to rectify the problem n send somebody at 7 plus pm to install. Installation team was very skillful in their job. Keep up with ur good work and how to experience more of your product in the near future!

Nevertheless, I would still like to commend the speed. Firstly, for the speed of delivery of item, second is for the speed of getting a response from my email. The prompt responses made me feel heard as a customer providing a good brand association.
Suggestion, you may introduce a ‘best price guarantee’ program to give your customers to assurance for the next maybe 3 - 5 days from purchase (could be limited to specific products). May incur addition operational work, but provides greater positive brand association.

Crew installed in perfectly. Had issues cos wasn't wrap as my house was under rennovation but it was fix within 24hr. Best customer service.
The 3-bladed 52" fan looks decent and the colors were good. However, I find that the cooling effect could only be felt when set to 6 and nearer to the centreline of the fan.

With half size slimmer than the usual soundbar and smaller subwoofer, it still pack a punch of the 2.1 surround sound. Worth the money. Definitely recommend to those who seek affordable yet minimalist design speakers!

Delivery was fast and on time, only small downside to it is that the installation personnel did not have the screws or spacers needed to mount the tv on the wall . All they did was install the stand and left . I would suggest the sales coordinator prompt customers that they need to prepare what is necessary . I’m speaking on behalf for those who stay alone and do not have the strength to mount a 65inch TV , minus the tools as well !
